Japanese Style Roof Garden A somewhat difficult site situated on the roof of a three-car garage in Kensington, London. The vestiges of an oriental garden urgently needed tidying and up-dating. Consideration had to be given to access via a small circular staircase; and to weight on the garage roof. A project successfully completed with the addition of this granite lantern corner feature and a water basin feature elsewhere in the garden. Drastic pruning of existing plants re-established the shape of the garden, and new plantings into ericacious compost completed the transformation.
